Soil and Water Conservation District Board
The SWCD is governed by an elected board. Here are the existing members:
Jimmy Spears
Jimmy Spears has served on the SWCD board since 2016. He raises beef cattle and row crops in the Fountain Grove Community.
Cindy Anderson
Cindy Anderson has served on the SWCD Board since 1995. She raises beef cattle, row crops, and owns Summitville Feed &
Fertilizer Co.
Ray Weaver
Ray Weaver has served on the SWCD since 1999. He farms hogs, beef cattle, row crops, and markets his home-grown pork products.
Sammy Morton
Sammy Morton has Served on the SWCD Board since April 2025. He and his family raise beef cattle and row crops in the New Union community.
Brent Willis
Brent Willis has served on the SWCD Board since 1999. He raises beef cattle and row crops in the Hillsboro community.
